Our story began in 2012 with our franchise owner purchasing a small collection of Wendy’s restaurants in Spokane, WA. Since 2012, our Wendy’s portfolio has grown to 67 – and growing! – restaurants between 10 states in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest: proudly employing 2,500 team members. We are based in Spokane Valley, WA. We are also adding a new brand to our franchisee portfolio. To properly support the growth and continuing development of our business, Wenspok Companies was formally registered in 2024 as a DBA under Spokane Management Company. Spokane Management Company is also the parent company of various property management entities.
